As a former interior designer I spent a good portion of my career in design related sales and marketing. What that translated to was big ticket sales. My largest one was over $3 Million. After becoming an author I quickly discovered that marketing books requires a great deal of time, dedication and creativity. In other words, I can put the almost the same amount of effort into marketing a $14.95 book that I used to put into anywhere from five to seven figure sales. Let me tell you, it is a learning curve.
I have tried several things including social media, in person sales, workshops and more. Now I'm working on refining something new---something that I should have hit on a long time ago. Short blurbs that really generate interest. If you are reading this blog, I would greatly appreciate feedback. For example, my book FATAL ENCOUNTER.
I am developing blurbs with the objective of stimulating interest in the book and enticing a reader to check out the book. Here are three of the several possible ones. My question is, which one in your opinion would be most likely to grab you and make you want to find out more?
